The National Building Research Organization (NBRO) has issued landslide early warnings to the Colombo, Galle, Kalutara, Matara and Ratnapura Districts.
Accordingly, Level I landslide early warnings have been issued to the Divisional Secretaries Divisions of Seethawaka and Padukka in the Colombo District, Elpitiya, Nagoda, Yakkalamulla, Neluwa and Baddegama in the Galle District, Bulathsinhala in the Kalutara District, Deraniyagala and Yatiyanthota in the Kegalle District and Kotapola in the Matara District.
Level II landslide early warnings have been issued to the Divisional Secretaries Divisions of Palindanuwara and Walallawita in the Kalutara District, Eheliyagoda and Kiriella in the Ratnapura District and Pitabeddara in the Matara District.
