SJB Presidential Candidate Sajith Premadasa yesterday said that his government will be free from corruption and frauds and the Ratnapura and Embilipitiya areas will be brought under massive development drive under his leadership.
Addressing an election rally in Embilipitiya yesterday, he said that those who are shouting about corruption and frauds did not take any action against those responsible for the corruption or frauds.
“They said that they have files containing the details of corruption and fraud but they have failed take any action against them,” Premadasa said.
He added he will win the Presidential Election by over two million majority votes. He said that the SJB is the only party which went before the Supreme Court seeking an order against those responsible for the economic recession in the country. He asked the government as to why the government was unable to conduct the Grade Five Scholarship Examination.
“I ask NPP Presidential candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake how this paper got leaked and who is responsible for the leak and which party the culprit is attached to,” he queried.
