Nugegoda Chief Magistrate Ruwini Jayawardena yesterday ordered former Minister Lohan Ratwatte, and his wife, to be further remanded over possessing an illegally-assembled unregistered car.
The Magistrate further remanded Lohan Ratwatte until 02 Dec., and his wife until 22 Nov.
Ratwatte and his wife were arrested after a vehicle, without a number plate, was found at a house belonging to Ratwatte’s wife in Mirihana during a probe conducted by a Police team, based on a tip-off received by the Mirihana Police.
