Fitness influencer Sophie Guidolin has claimed she was threatened at knifepoint by a teenager who gatecrashed her son Ryder’s birthday party over the weekend.
The mother-of-four, 37, shared the distressing news via Instagram on Sunday, telling her followers that the 15-year-old showed up to the party uninvited alongside several of his friends.
She claimed the boy – who she described as being five foot tall – pulled a knife on her while he was ‘on the phone to bikies’ who were threatening to ‘shoot up her house’.
After entering her home, the intruders allegedly caused extensive damage to Sophie’s property and threatened the influencer with ‘gang rape’ when she demanded they leave.
Sophie shared a photo of the alleged property damage in one post, alongside a caption confirming that she had already spoken to police.
‘Police report is already well and truly filed and I will be pressing charges for the absolutely horrific, vile threats on camera. The fact you were willing to fight a woman – and of course, the extensive damage all on camera,’ she wrote.

‘I personally think more accountability needs to be done than spitting on the police officers trying to do their jobs,’ Sophie added.
Sophie gave further details about the incident while responding to fans’ comments, saying she also had a standoff with the boys in the street outside her home.
‘They wanted to come in – Ryder didn’t know them and tried to ask them to leave. They wouldn’t and started screaming in the street, so I went out and asked them to leave – then they tried to jump me… Wrong girl, mate.’
Luckily, Sophie said the incident was captured by the security cameras she had placed around her home, sharing a photo of several hard drives containing the footage.
‘So many TBs [terabytes],’ she captioned the photo.
Sophie has had a difficult few years.
Last year, the bodybuilder told followers that she had been hospitalised with health issues related to exposure to black mould.

She was exposed to the dangerous fungi after her Gold Coast home suffered damage when ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred struck the Queensland coast.
At the time, Sophie also claimed she had to fork out $4,000 a week in rent while her home was ‘rebuilt’ from the damage.
In 2023, she also suffered the devastating stillbirth of her fifth child, a daughter named Pixie.
She shared the child with Gold Coast dentist Dr Andrew Firgaria, with whom she split just weeks after the tragic loss.
